Heritage Building Co. provides FREE delivery to our customers. Delivery will go smoothly when proper arrangements are made in advance. Free delivery and setup includes one trip to the specified delivery location located within 30 odometer miles from the nearest Heritage Building Co. Authorized Dealer Lot. Setup includes leveling the portable building with concrete blocks and treated wood shims. Since we cannot know how many concrete blocks will be required at a given location, they are not included in the cost of the building. Blocks may be acquired personally in advance of delivery, or they may be purchased from the driver at the time of delivery. Concrete blocks acquired from the driver are $5.00 each, plus a flat $5.00 fee to cover the cost of any shims needed. Please have cash on hand at delivery to cover this expense . Anchoring is up to the customer. Heritage offers anchors as an add-on. If the Heritage delivery driver is to install the anchors, the customer should purchase the anchors at the point of sale from the authorized Heritage Dealer. The cost of anchoring depends on the size of the building and the number of anchors needed to meet local-government codes. The customer is responsible for any permits that are required by the local government. Buildings are set at grade with treated wood shims used to level the building. Drivers will not set a building over 3” above ground level. The driver will level the building when it is initially delivered. If the building settles after being loaded with belongings, this is not a warranty issue. Points to consider for the delivery of your building: <ul><li>There must be enough space for both the building and the truck and trailer.</li><li>The truck and trailer delivering your building may exceed 75’ in length.</li><li>When loaded with your building, The truck, trailer, and building may exceed 15.6’ in height.</li><li>Low power lines and telephone lines must be considered for the delivery of the building; adequate overhead clearance should be equal to the height of the portable building plus four feet.</li><li>Adequate clearances require a minimum of three feet from any other structure or property line on any side of the portable building.</li></ul> If the driver determines that there is not enough space to safely deliver the building, arrangements for another location must be made by the customer. If another trip is necessary to make delivery, the customer will be charged a $100 failed delivery fee and bear the entire cost of the subsequent delivery at the cost of $4.00 per mile (round trip). Delivery personnel are not responsible for the trimming of trees, clearing of brush or stumps, or the removal of fences &amp; gates or any other obstructions at the delivery site. Please use conservative judgment when considering ditches and/or tight access routes/turns on rural access roads.

CASH SALE In this instance, the customer pays 100% at the time of the sale. Payment may be made via cash, check, money order, cashier’s check, credit card or debit card. A 3.0% surcharge will be added to the sale for credit card payments. CASH ON DELIVERY SALE (COD) A Cash on Delivery Sale is when the customer pays a minimum of 50% of the purchase price at the time of the order, with the remaining balance collected by the delivery driver at the time of delivery. In this case, payment to the driver may be made via cash, check, money order or cashier’s check. Drivers do not accept credit or debit cards. 90 DAYS SAME AS CASH SALE (SAC) With this option, customers are allowed up to 90 days from the date of delivery to pay off the cash portion of the building without paying any interest or Rent-to-Own (RTO) fees. In order for a customer to utilize this option, an RTO contract must be completed. This step is considered a safety precaution in case the customer is not able to pay off the balance in the 90-day time period. The payment requirements will be the same as a standard RTO contract. A minimum payment will be required at the time of the sale. Minimum monthly payments are calculated by the work order and detailed in the contract, and are required each month during the 90 day period. If the 90 days are exceeded and balance is not paid in full, the contract will roll over into an RTO agreement and monthly payments will be required. In the case a customer does not pay off the full balance of the cash price within the 90-day period, the following will occur: <ol><li>The RTO company will retroactively charge rental fees for the prior three months and update the cash balance that is owed on the building.</li><li>Any funds above the minimum monthly amount that were paid to the rental company during the 90-day period will be placed into an additional credit account that can be used to pay off the cash price of the building or to make monthly payments.</li></ol> The down payment that is required for a 90 Days Same As Cash Sale will be the same as the requirements listed for the RTO. This also includes the additional amounts required for purchasing a special building.&nbsp; RENT TO OWN Our no-strings plans do not require a credit check. It carries a 50-year manufacturer's warranty. <h1>Floor</h1>All buildings come with their own pressure-treated floor system. 8' and 10' buildings have two 4x6 notched runners with pressure-treated floor joists 16" on center. All 12'- and 14'-wide buildings have four runners. The floor decking is 3/4" tongue-in-groove. <h1>Walls</h1>All walls are framed with true 2x4s,16" on center. The top corners are overlapped and the bottom plate is screwed and nailed to the floor. <h1>Roof</h1>All buildings are priced with a 40-year metal roof. We have several metal colors to choose from to help you match your house or other buildings. We offer architectural shingles as well. <h1>Design</h1>All models are designed to withstand 140-mph winds.
