CASH SALE

Siding
We use LP SmartSide siding on all of our buildings. It carries a 50-year manufacturer's warranty.
Floor
All buildings come with their own pressure-treated floor system. 8' and 10' buildings have two 4x6 notched runners with pressure-treated floor joists 16" on center. All 12'- and 14'-wide buildings have four runners. The floor decking is 3/4" tongue-in-groove.
Walls
All walls are framed with true 2x4s,16" on center. The top corners are overlapped and the bottom plate is screwed and nailed to the floor.
